Inhibition of cyclooxygenase activity by diclofenac attenuates varicose remodeling of mouse veins

Abstract: Aim: The development of varicose veins is driven by risk factors that support the progression of venous hypertension, specifically, by chronically augmenting the circumferential tension of the venous wall.
