Inhibition of p-glycoprotein does not increase the efficacy of proteasome inhibitors in multiple myeloma cells

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine whether manipulation of the drug transporter P-glycoprotein improves the efficacy of proteasome inhibitors in multiple myeloma.
