Abstract:The CDK4/CDK6 inhibitor palbociclib has shown the encouraging promise in the treatment of glioma. Here, we elucidated how palbociclib exerts suppressive functions in the M2 polarization of glioma‐related microglia and the progression of glioma. Xenograft experiments were used to evaluate the function in vivo.
