Abstract:Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which contains growth factors for osteoblasts, is clinically used to promote regeneration of osseous tissue. However, we found that human plasma dose-dependently inhibits the growth of cultured MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells.
