Inhibitory Effects of 3′,4′-Dihydroxyflavonol in a Mouse Model of Glaucoma Filtration Surgery and TGFβ1-Induced Responses in Human Tenon's Fibroblasts

Abstract: Purpose Cytotoxic agents such as mitomycin C (MMC) are part of the mainstay treatment for limiting subconjunctival scarring following glaucoma filtration surgery (GFS). However, a safer antifibrotic therapy is clinically needed.
