Initial Experiences of Retropubic Radical Prostatectomy Including Antegrade Nerve Sparing, Continuous Anastomosis, and Preservation of Endopelvic Fascia

Abstract: Purpose: We compared retropubic radical prostatectomy (RRP) with various laparoscopic radical prostatectomy procedures with RRP as previous performed in our institution.
