Abstract:BACKGROUNDDuodenal perforation following blunt trauma abdomen is extremely rare and can often be overlooked injury due to increased mortality and morbidity. We report a case of injury to second and third part of duodenum without pancreatic injury following blunt trauma abdomen and highlight the changes associated with their management.
