Global tourism trends highlight the growing tourism demand for authentic and sustainable tourism experiences. Youths are known to be natural travellers who have made travel an essential part of their lives; they are thus likely keep looking for tourism experiences as they age. In designing future-proof tourism development, however, they are commonly underrepresented or perceived as mere observers in the tourism industry. On the contrary, the heightened demand for innovative and sustainable tourism practices has magnified the potential of youths to be champions of responsible tourism. This paper presents cases of Southeast Asian youths who are engaged in promoting responsible tourism while preserving their local communities' natural, social, and cultural integrity. In particular, this study offers views on the challenges faced by youths in championing responsible tourism as well as strategies to cultivate responsible youth leaders.

There are in views that the families were the lack of relevance within the independent process to social care program. It has triggered to debating issue on the role of family within developing of micro and small enterprises. To add more on such issues, the study presents to examine about changing of family values and its implication to developing of culinary enterprises in Yogyakarta. Soto Kadipiro as the culinary business was chosen to conduct research, in which is as a case study to seek about the role of pioneering culinary enterprise with qualitative methods. Observed, desk-reviewed and interviewed applied following the data collection, and the researcher used historical approach to gain understanding of phenomena. The study finds that pioneering, developing, and maintaining of culinary enterprise has only carried out by the internal family of Soto Kadipiro. This fact reveals that changing role of family can be seen as an alternative way within developing of micro and small enterprises to gain of economic growth and increasing prosperity. It implicates to look at into a part of changing gender relations, educations, internal of family, and social class. As such, the social welfare should be employed with seeking the changing of internal families for the gaining roadmap of welfare provision in the future. ABSTRAKAda anggapan bahwa keluarga kurang memiliki relevansi dalam proses kemandirian untuk program kesejahteraan sosial. Anggapan ini memicu sebuah perdebatan tentang peran keluarga dalam program pengembangan usaha kecil maupun menengah. Untuk menanggapi masalah tersebut, studi ini hadir untuk mengkaji perubahan nilai keluarga dan implikasinya terhadap pengembangan usaha kuliner di Yogyakarta. Computer Assisted Instruction as media for Understanding Cultural Diversity contains the cultural diversity concept in Indonesia, equipped with interesting video and animation that can easily understand by student. The purpose of the research is to produce Computer Assisted Instruction as a computer-based that meet the acceptability criteria. This research use Borg&Gall development model. The results of the qualitative assessment of 2 material and media expert and potential user the result were 90.15% from media experts, 89,6% from material experts and 89.17% from potential users all of the result have criteria “very good, no need to be revised”. Based the results of the quantitative assessment, it can be concluded that Computer Assisted Instruction and Media of Cultural Understanding as media for understanding cultural diversity for students meets the acceptability criteria.
