“…The (net) effect of process innovation, especially of new methods of production, is decreasing in the quantiles of the conditional employment growth distribution, more significantly positive at the bottom of the distribution. This is at odds with the analysis on Norwegian data by Herstad and Sandven (2015) but consistent with the study on the sales distribution of Spanish manufacturing firm by Bianchini et al (2016).
