“…Loisel et al [Loisel et al, 2014] studied electricity demand of BEVs with the highly and slightly decarbonized scenarios and estimated that the total BEVs between 1,107,575 and 4,820,539 units would consume 2,400 MWh in the morning peak hour and 2,700 MWh during evening peak hour in 2030 in Germany.
