Abstract

The article deals with methodological problems of assessing the Innovative engineering tools for clustering production, the subject of the study is the potential of clustering. The author suggests method of assessing potential of clustering on the basis of the integral index (IILPC) and the private indexes innovative engineering tools for clustering production. The demographic situation is considered as a factor in the development of Innovative engineering tools for clustering production systems in the long term, the main trends and problems are highlighted.
