Innovative Potential and Readiness for Change Among College Teachers

Abstract:The article examines the relationship between readiness for change and the manifestation of innovative potential among college teachers. The factor analysis used to identify and describe three latent factors that influence on the manifestation of the components of readiness for change and innovative potential as interrelated and mutually influencing phenomena. In general, teachers have a predominant average level of expression of innovative potential.
