“…Innovative work behavior is substantially important (Wu et al, 2020) as it leads to better organizational performance (Jong & Hartog, 2010). Schools where teachers with innovative work behavior support will be able to carry out better learning (Johari et al, 2021), especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
