This research aims to analyse the innovation of premium-free policy customer trust return products in Takaful Sharia insurance. This type of research is field research, data collection is done through interviews with leaders, employees and heirs. The data obtained is processed with the qualitative descriptive data analysis method. This research concludes that FULNADI is the result of product innovation, so it becomes a different program and becomes Takaful's flagship product, where participants who have an accident at the time of the agreement will get a claim plus a premium-free policy for children as heirs, this policy contains a promise from Takaful to continue the policy carried out by the parents, given to the child who is the heir without paying a premium and they have been given a scholarship for four years in college. To guarantee the trust of customers, Takaful as taawun insurance fulfils its promise, where the Agency Takaful West Sumatera helps members who have an accident to make it easier to get claims and premium-free policies, as well as a monitor until the claim is paid into the customer's account.
