Abstract: Based on a bright‐field microscope with a programmable LED array light source, accelerated Fourier ptychographic diffraction tomography (aFPDT) technique employing a hybrid strategy of sparse annular and multiplexing illuminations was developed to achieve large field‐of‐view and high‐resolution 3D RI tomographic imaging.
