Abstract:The simultaneous optimization of n‐type and p‐type thermoelectric materials is advantageous to the practical application of the device. As an emerging thermoelectric material, PbSnS2 exhibits highly competitive thermoelectric properties due to its unique carrier and phonon transport characteristics.
