Insomnia: definition, prevalence, health risks and therapy approaches

Abstract: Insomnia is a common disorder among the general population, which has a chronic course and a heavy burden on patients and the health care system. Epidemiological papers on sleep disorders show that a large number of people complain of sleep disorders.
