Inspiratory muscle training reduces blood pressure and sympathetic activity in hypertensive patients: A randomized controlled trial

Abstract: IMT demonstrates beneficial effects on systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as autonomic cardiovascular control in hypertensive patients.
