Institution‐Based View

Abstract: Institution‐based view emerges as a major theoretical lens and paradigm in international management research. The institution‐based view matters not only to probe the new practices in emerging economies, but also explains the management phenomenon, even in developed economies, for example, the rule‐based and relationship‐based institutions. Under the new guide of institution‐based view, management scholars in different interest groups and countries are exploring many interesting questions.
