Institutional Amnesia and Humanitarian Disaster Management

Abstract: Institutional amnesia is a serious concern for those who plan for, respond to and recover from humanitarian crises. Yet little effort has been made to understand its effects in disaster management generally and humanitarian agencies specifically.
