Instructional Leadership Skills, Emotional Competencies, and Teachers’ Work Performance in Selected Public Junior High Schools

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the instructional leadership skills, emotional competencis, and teachers’ work performance in selected public junior high schools in the City Schools Division of Biñan City for the School Year 2021-2022.
