Abstract: The research was developed under an analy cal empirical research approach where an instrument was constructed to assess the level of fa gue in university teachers from the philosophical approaches of Byung-Chul Han. This instrument was subjected to tests of face validity, construct validity with the respec ve internal consistency analysis and reliability.
