This article arises from the analysis that was carried out, with the aim of contributing to economic development, employment and entrepreneurship. After analyzing strategies, we decided to take the theme of bioclimatic architecture as an enhancer for guinea pig sheds. This theme was chosen because it is a particular economic development model, which is not commonly observed, which serves as an indicator, to confirm that it is a subject of study, which needs to be deepened from the perspective of an architect, in addition to the study developed, it can be replicated depending on the context and the criteria used. Thus, the possibility that the principles of bioclimatic architecture can achieve the efficient development of guinea pig sheds is evaluated, evidenced by the comfort conditions typical of bioclimatic architecture, such as hygrothermal, light, and acoustic, which will help to generate the adequate habitat for raising guinea pigs, it is also beneficial for the construction costs, since the materials used are mostly from the area itself. The methodology used was the collection of citations through theory tables, and the collection sources were reliable virtual repositories (EBSCO, ALICIA, y ProQuest). It was found in the analysis, favorable results in the potentiation of the comfort of the guinea pig sheds, concluding that the principles of bioclimatic architecture contribute economically in their construction and functionally to the development of their activities.
