Integral teacher as an evolutionary leader

Abstract: This article describes competencies of an integral teacher in the light of research in the field of leadership. It starts with presenting the development of consciousness in an integral perspective. Recognizing this field is especially important in the context of adult education and in order to awaken developmental motivation.
