Integrated Employee Occupational Health and Organizational-Level Registered Nurse Outcomes

Abstract: Findings highlight the positive influence of integrating employee health and health promotion services on organizational health outcomes. Attention to promoting employee health may benefit organizations in multiple, synergistic ways.
