Abstract: We propose and experimentally demonstrate an angled multimode interferometer (AMMI) integrated with cascaded phase-shifted Bragg gratings (PSBGs) for coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM), based on a 400-nm-thick silicon nitride waveguide platform.
