Abstract:This paper presents an approach to solve the Dynamic Vehicle Routing Problem with Pickup and Delivery Time Windows (DVRPPDTW) by Learning Bee Algorithm (LBA) which integrates Machine Learning (ML) with Bee Algorithm (BA) and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS).
