Integrating Sales, Design and Production: A Configuration System for Automation in Mass Customization

Abstract: Companies manufacturing customized engineer-to-order (ETO) products are decelerated by repetitive work, misinterpretations and uncoordinated processes which prohibits the achievement of mass customization.
