Integrating Scalable Genome Sequencing into Microbiology Laboratories for Routine AMR Surveillance

Abstract: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is considered a global threat, and novel drug discovery needs to be complemented with systematic and standardized epidemiological surveillance.
