Integration of Knowledge in Education

Abstract: Based on the citation records, this study for the first time examines the bibliometric characteristics of integration of knowledge in education literature from the year 1985 to June 2020. This study reviews total 102 documents published in the Web of Science index journals. For the visualization and analysis, VOSviewer software was applied. “…It was entitled "gender and education" and has been cited the most everywhere (Zakaria et al, 2023). A very popular article is the investigation by Maltese, published in 2019, which involved the highest local citation rate (Jarin et al, 2021). “…This report uses a bibliometric evaluation to identify the primary research streams and future research agenda in the area of social network influences health-care employees. Bibliometric analysis has become more popular because of its ability to build the study items in a research area based on citation mapping within recently published documents (Ikra et al , 2021; Jarin et al , 2021; Vogel and Güttel, 2013), but a bibliometric review is not entirely sufficient for reviewing a paper, so this review is taken to an advanced level through text mining.…”

“…However, in an interdisciplinary field such as corporate governance and remuneration, JABES 28,4 qualitative-review techniques often suffer from major limitations such as the large amount of data, which makes the analysis and interpretation more complex, and lack of rigor (Cook and Leviton, 1980). To mitigate these limitations, we adopt the quantitative bibliometric-review technique to demonstrate how the literature in our field of interest has evolved (Jarin et al, 2021;Mumu et al, 2021). Quantitative bibliometric analysis helps researchers overcome qualitativereview methods' potential drawbacks, such as sample-selection bias and scope limitations, since it depends on the judgment and citation behavior of scientific community (Tunger and Eulerich, 2018).…”
