Abstract: In this work we demonstrate the integration of magnetic tweezers (MT) with substrate deformation tracking microscopy (DTM) and traction force microscopy (TFM) for the investigation of extracellular matrix rheology and human epidermal keratinocyte mechanobiology in the context of human blistering skin diseases.
