In order to provide readers with an overview of, and summarize, the content of this chapter, the purpose is stated as to explore integration strategies of learner content and user interface design in Higher Education (HE) when teaching and learning online in times of crises. Against the background of integration strategies of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education, the chapter will e.g., discuss AI and education policies, AI in education management, as well as the digital transformation of education.
