Integrative analysis of DNA methylomes reveals novel cell-free biomarkers in lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, with a low 5-year survival rate due in part to a lack of clinically useful biomarkers. Recent studies have identified DNA methylation changes as potential cancer biomarkers.
