Few studies were found to have focused on curriculum implementation and management in police education vis-à-vis utilization of blended learning. Thus, this study, utilizing the embedded mixed-method design, determined the commonly employed management practices of the police training centres in implementing their curriculum through the blended learning approach in the Philippines and further identified the challenges encountered during the implementation. This study revealed that training centres have commonly employed management practices in classroom instruction, examination administration, non-academic activities, and management. Likewise, they effectively achieve the curriculum goals, deliver the subject matter, and provide learning experiences. However, minor challenges such as technological concerns, financial constraints, and human resource concerns emerged. Henceforth, providing appropriate infrastructure, promoting personnel welfare, enhancing learning experiences, investigating the causes of challenges, and adopting adaptive ways were suggested.

Ang kilos-pananaliksik na SalikHasik: Integratibong Gawaing Pananaliksik Tungo sa Pagpapaunlad ng mga Kasanayang Pampananaliksik sa mga Asignatura sa Senior High School ay naglalayong makapagHasik ng mga Saliksik ang mga mag-aaral sa tulong ng integratibong mga gawain upang mapaunlad pa ang mga kasanayang pampananaliksik gamit ang Project SalikHasik. Gamit ang focus group discussion, nakakalap ng mga datos mula sa mga mag-aaral at natugunan ang ugnayang mag-aaral-nilalaman, mag-aaral-guro, at mag-aaral-mag-aaral. Nakita na mas naunaawaan ang pagbuo ng pananaliksik, napagaan ang gawaing pananaliksik at natamo ang mga kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral. Sa patuloy na paggamit ng integrasyon ng mga asignatura bilang pagtataya, natutuhog nito ang mga kasanayang mayroong lamang iisa o pare-parehong awtput para sa bawat asignatura. In pre-service early childhood teachers, learning motivation is important to understand the theory and special learning planning for early childhood, which is incidentally different from primary or secondary education. The motivation to learn certainly influences learning outcomes later. Therefore, this study’s objective is to analyze the effectiveness of blended learning on pre-service early childhood teachers' motivation and learning outcomes. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design and a sample of 90 students were used. The results showed that blended learning could significantly increase students' learning motivation than conventional learning. Blended learning is also effective for improving pre-service early childhood teachers' learning outcomes compared to fully online learning. The flexibility offered in blended learning is the main advantage that can be considered. The research implies that blended learning can be implemented as an appropriate learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic or when learning is entirely offline.
