With the downturn in the global socioeconomic panorama, the social entrepreneurship orientation (SEO) and the social performance of non-profit organizations (NPOs) have become subject to growing levels of attention. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of SEO on the performance of NPOs. To this end, we deployed a quantitative methodology based on the application of a survey of NPOs, which received a total of 135 valid responses. Our results demonstrate a positive effect for the dimensions of social innovation and social proactivity even while reporting no effect for the acceptance of social risks on performance. These results hold important implications across two different levels: in terms of the NPOs and policy-makers.

For the past few decades, because of the environmental hazards, green purchase has been subject to wide ranges of studies. Subsequently, understanding the intellectual structure of the green purchase behaviour is increasingly becoming important. This study investigates the citation in green purchase academic literature and it analyses the knowledge structure in it. The following bibliometric analysis comprised 86 green purchase articles. By employing multidimensional scaling (MDS) to identify the ranges of the intellectual influences and shaped green purchase behaviour. The knowledge structure in green purchase is discovered by employing co-citation analysis to find the most important and effective studies in the green purchase study domain. A conceptual framework is developed and finally the future model was proposed.

Apesar da existência de revisões sistemáticas e estudos bibliométricos que tratam do empreendedorismo social e da inovação social de forma isolada, estudos que abordam esses dois temas de forma conjunta ainda são escassos. O objetivo deste estudo é mapear a produção acadêmica sobre empreendedorismo social e inovação social por meio da técnica bibliométrica como método de pesquisa. Foram avaliados trabalhos indexados na base de dados Scopus por meio da análise de citações, co-citações e análise textual. Os resultados apontam para o crescimento no interesse científico sobre os dois temas, quando analisados de forma conjunta. Entretanto, a ênfase desses estudos está no empreendedorismo social sendo que a inovação social aparece como elemento secundário, característica ou resultado do processo empreendedor.
