Intelligent Block Placement Strategy in Heterogeneous Hadoop Clusters

Abstract: MapReduce is an important distributed processing model for large-scale data-intensive applications. As an open-source implementation of MapReduce, Hadoop provides enterprises with a cost-efficient solution for their analytics needs.
