Huge volumes of data have flowed in recent years of healthcare research to follow a few factors of a person and inform the guardian in the event of a patient’s emergency. This necessitates the creation of a single platform where consumers may monitor data in real time. This study discusses an interoperable health monitoring system. The module provides the essential chance for patients to obtain all-day service, which may be documented by the doctor and can be notified in the event of an emergency. When a patient requires regular check-ups or long-term home care, this platform comes in handy. It may be accomplished utilizing market sensors and includes monitoring devices that allow patients to be monitored without having to visit a doctor. Because it eliminates the need for data transcription and copying by humans. Because it reduces the need for human data transcription and copying, interoperability helps make patient data more secure. When computer systems are set up for optimum interoperability, with databases and other applications communicating and exchanging information, employees will be more productive. XMPP is an integrating platform for IoT available in open source for uploading instant messaging using generic XML data processing. The XMPP protocols are free and there are several implementations in the form of clients, servers, server components, and code libraries. The work is demonstrated using the XMPP interoperable IoT communication protocol for the health monitoring system..

Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral infection, found in tropical and sub-tropical climates worldwide, mostly in urban and semi-urban areas. Countries like Pakistan receive heavy rains annually resulting in floods in urban cities due to poor drainage systems. Currently, different cities of Pakistan are at high risk of dengue outbreaks, as multiple dengue cases have been reported due to poor flood control and drainage systems. After heavy rain in urban areas, mosquitoes are provided with a favorable environment for their breeding and transmission through stagnant water due to poor maintenance of the drainage system. The history of the dengue virus in Pakistan shows that there is a closed relationship between dengue outbreaks and a rainfall. There is no specific treatment for dengue; however, the outbreak can be controlled through internet of medical things (IoMT). In this paper, we propose a novel privacy-preserved IoMT model to control dengue virus outbreaks by tracking dengue virus-infected patients based on bedding location extracted using call data record analysis (CDRA). Once the bedding location of the patient is identified, then the actual infected spot can be easily located by using geographic information system mapping. Once the targeted spots are identified, then it is very easy to eliminate the dengue by spraying the affected areas with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The proposed model identifies the targeted spots up to 100%, based on the bedding location of the patient using CDRA.

With the aging of the global population, how to provide effective telemedicine for the aging population has become a very important issue, especially for the elderly with limited mobility. If there is a complete telemedicine system, it will not only greatly improve medical efficiency. It can reduce the chance of contact between people and avoid the medical risks caused by severe special infectious pneumonia. This paper focuses on the development of a highefficiency telemedicine system platform that conforms to international standard data exchange formats. This system platform can not only solve the problem of shortage of medical staff but also allow patients to be free from medical outpatient time constraints. Achieve the effect of telemedicine at any time, and digitize the medical process rules to establish a complete online telemedicine system platform.
