Intended and unintended impacts of the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals: A mixed-method study in Hangzhou, China

Abstract: ObjectivesPublic hospital reform is a key area in the Chinese healthcare system reform with the aim of controlling excessive growth of medical expenditures.
