Inter- and Intraquinolone Predictors of Antimicrobial Effect in an In Vitro Dynamic Model: New Insight into a Widely Used Concept

Abstract: Earlier efforts to search for pharmacokinetic and bacteriological predictors of fluoroquinolone antimicrobial effects (AMEs) have resulted in conflicting findings.
