Inter-Ethnic Neighbourhood Acquaintanceships of Migrants and Natives in Germany: On the Brokering Roles of Inter-Ethnic Partners and Children

Abstract: Since Allport, social scientists emphasise the importance of personal interethnic contact for overcoming prejudices and enhancing social cohesion in mixed societies.
