Interaction between Sovereign Quanto Credit Default Swap Spreads and Currency Options

Abstract: This study analyzes the term structures of sovereign quanto credit default swap (CDS) spreads and currency options, which are driven by anticipated currency depreciation risk following sovereign credit default (Twin Ds).
