Abstract:The aim of this work was to study the interaction of lipases (as an important biopolymer) with models of biomembranes based on the phospholipid and cholesterol. Lipases (triacylglycerolacyl hydrolases) are widely distributed enzymes and well-known by their hydrolytic activity.
