Interactions of the eNOS and ACE genes and cigarette smoking in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract: Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a complex disorder with unexplained heritability. Interactions of genetic and environmental factors are thought to be crucial in COPD.
