Interdigital Pilonidal Sinus in a Hairdresser

Abstract: Pilonidal sinus of the interdigital web space of the hand is a rare occupational disease which occurs in hairdressers and professionals working with animals. This paper reports such a sinus in the hand of a male hairdresser and reviews the treatment of this condition.
