Interdisciplinary Orthodontics- A Combined Ortho-surgical Approach for Treating Skeletal Class II Malocclusion

Abstract: This case reports shows the successful treatment of Skeletal class II malocclusion with an end-on molar relation on both right and left side with overjet of  8mm and overbite of 6mm  in a 19 year old female patient through Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy (BSSO) Advancement, performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
