Abstract:BackgroundHarris County Public Health (HCPH) is the health department for Harris County, Texas jurisdiction. Harris County as a whole is the nation’s third most populous county, with 4.3 million residents, and a TB case rate more than double that of the USA. (7.6 cases per 100,000 pop).
