Interface shapes in microfluidic porous media: conditions allowing steady, simultaneous two-phase flow

Abstract: Microfluidic devices offer unique opportunities to directly observe multiphase flow in porous media. However, as a direct representation of flow in geological pore networks, conventional microfluidics face several challenges.
