Interfacial thermal transport of carbon nanotube on substrate

Abstract: Exploring the thermal transport properties of the interface structure of low-dimensional nanomaterials contributes to a deeper understanding of the interface phonon modes and may provide theoretical support for efficient chip cooling devices.
