Abstract:The analysis of the interferon-free regimen of antiviral therapy in combination with the latest nucleotide polymerase inhibitors (ledipasvir/sofosbuvir for 12 weeks) provided high rates of sustained virological response among patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) infected with the "1B" genotype, both in previously untreated patients (100 %) and treated (94.1 %).
