Interleukin-12 Overcomes Paclitaxel-Mediated Suppression of T-Cell Proliferation

Abstract: The antineoplastic agent paclitaxel (TAXOL) is a potent inhibitor of tumor cell division and a useful chemotherapeutic for the treatment of refractory ovarian and breast carcinoma.
